The Legal Committee is composed of members of the Executive Committee as well as representatives from the members of the EUF.

It identifies and assesses legal developments, particularly on EU-level, which are of relevance to the factoring and commercial finance industry in Europe and advises the Executive Committee on legal matters regarding the factoring and commercial finance industry.

The Economics and Statistics Committee has the mission to gather relevant figures and data about the factoring and commercial finance industry.

EUF Prudential Risk Committee has been created to address the growing regulatory requirements assessed on the Receivable Finance and Factoring industry in the EU.

The objective of the ESG Committee is to monitor regulations and market initiatives, provide a framework for the EUF's lobbying activities and share best practices such as information, feedback and exchanges.
